Toys Without Noise

Hi – I’m your host, Adam.

If you’re like me, you’re here because you’ve found that the general decibel level of your house is high enough without the additional noise brought on by many of today’s toys.

What’s our house like? Probably a lot like yours. We live in a fairly new subdivision, complete with a minivan in the garage. While we certainly prefer our toys and activities on the quieter side, we have plenty of toys that make far too much noise. Our kids probably watch too much TV, but also get read to a lot. We buy organic wherever we can, carried our kids in slings, and put them in cloth diapers where practical. Basically, we’re just looking for what we can do to simplify things, and keep as much calm and order as possible.
